Was here 8/12/2018. First started as I asked a lady for a fitting room and she did not look happy as I asked for one. After getting that room & ignoring that, I went ahead and tried on some items I wanted to make sure were going to fit me before I purchased,sadly neither of them did. As I was leaving the store, I got asked by an employee where I left my items I tried on, Infront of a lot of people. Which really upset me as the guy did that Infront of everyone and made me look bad. I let him know I put them exactly where I got them items from in the first place and he hit me with "I didn't know we had jeans in the back." Really upset me the guy did that & I am surprised he's still at the store if I walked in here for a couple of minutes and I know the store already more than him. I love shopping at pacsan but I will defiantly not ever come back to...

Staff was extremely rude and made me not want to even buy anything. I was yelled at for going in a dressing room with my sister because all the others were taken and she was no longer trying clothes on anymore. I then left the dressing room and received NASTY looks for no reason when the girls were just sitting at the counter doing nothing. I then proceeded to go get in line and the other girl who kept glaring at me would not help. She walked around the store doing nothing until I was up in line being helped by someone else. As soon as I was being checked out, she went right up to the other register and helped the other people behind me. Was just in there, Hasten and the other staff were completely snobby and rude! Walked in and started grabbing a few shorts to try on and they immediately gathered in a group and started watching me while talking.. making it obvious the amount of shorts I wanted to try on was a issue. When I asked if I could “try these on please” all 3 completely ignored me for a minute until hasten walked over to unlock the doors.. they made my experience completely undesirable and uncomfortable.. when asking for hastens name she wouldn’t not give me a straight answer, that may not even be her name. in the end I went to pay with cash and throw $7 dollars on my card and thank Jesus it didn’t go through for some reason.. it was a sign & I will not be back again, get better...
