I chose this place as it had no bad reviews which I think is quite the accomplishment - well that was a mistake. I have what only can be described as the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. When coloring my hair my forehead was covered in hair dye and I asked the stylist (term used very loosely) to remove it she said oh we usually wait until the end and then we can remove the dye from everywhere you don’t feel comfortable having it!!! Really? How about everywhere that’s NOT my hair. Came home and was still cleaning it from my ears and neck. The cut is Hagrid from the first Harry Potter movie. No I didn’t ask for that. The salon is very dirty and dusty and I listened to a very loud conversation about how stylists can pay about $1500 to extend their license to allow them to take on apprentices to work for them for 2400 hours and the apprentice pays the stylist for the opportunity to clean their hair rinse bowls and sweep up.
