I am a loyal, swig customer. I go every day before work for the past two years and order a large sugarfree weekender. Since the end of January, my drink started coming out bright pink, (usually, it’s a bright orange pinkish color with the white coconut cream floating) and extremely strawberry tasting with no coconut. Half the time I’ve have to turn around and have them add the coconut cream because they don’t add it. You can tell when it’s added due to the white floating in the drink. I usually don’t say anything because I was on my way to work and don’t have time. Today it was The worst tasting drink, super strawberry, zero coconut, the first sip I spit back in the cup, much worse than every other time I’ve noticed it tasting different. I turned around and went back in the line. They told me they didn’t have sugar-free reviver, and they added soda water and I quote “the proportions weren’t the same” so I said fine. I’ll take a regular one and said they should probably tell someone when they give a sugared drink when they think they are ordering a sugar free drink. It still tasted just as awful. I literally wasted my money for no reason, even with a “sorry” drink. I know this is only an occurrence with your Lindon store because I’ve gone to American Fork and Orem and my drink comes out normal tasting like it should. The fact that your employees tried to pin it back on me because they didn’t tell me they were out of a product and couldn’t fulfill it and then remade me something that tasted even worse is what made this situation what it is. Otherwise I probably wouldn’t complain Furthermore, I work in food service. God forbid somebody had diabetes and received a sugar drink when they thought it was sugar-free and had an issue due to it. Going forward I will make sure not to visit that store ever again because they are not making your drinks correctly. Also, since I sent a concern on the mobile app, they deleted all my order transactions that I had just saw because I used my loyalty rewards...
Read moreI’ve stopped by several times. But this last visit was the one that will prevent me from coming back. I’ve gone to support this new location a few times and it takes a little while to get through lines. I figured it was probably just working on training new employees and taking time to get everyone situated. Totally understandable for a new location.
However, this last visit was HORRIBLE. My wife and I stopped by 30 minutes before closing time. There were probably about 8-10 cars ahead of us. Which I figured we would be through the line by the time they closed. However, as time went by, it was taking an extremely long time to get cars moving. - After having waited in our car, in line that eventually you can’t get out of - they hit their closing time. And they shut down without getting us drinks. Over 30 minutes of time wasted sitting in line. Plus the time to drive there. The employees blamed management saying they weren’t allowed to take any more orders. For any business owner to allow customers to sit in a line for 30 minutes, you would think that they’d somehow have a system set up to serve the individuals who were waiting for a while before closing time. Extremely disappointing and would recommend you get your soda fix at a...
Read moreThis Soda shop drive through was so cool! Super easy to get to from a side street (hate turning across traffic on busy State Street when going south) and is Kitty corner from a play ground! Awesome drive through to bring my 4 year old along. Afterwards, I can just drive across to the playground and just let him play while I have some swigs of some awesome soda (pun intended ;))! I love that they have sugar free options (can see online, as the sugar free options aren’t listed on the signs/menu), and got my son a Shark Attack with Sprite Zero and myself a Raspberry dream with Diet Dr Pepper (though it tasted more like a “coconut dream”). The Raspberry dream is vegan friendly too, as it’s made with coconut cream instead of dairy cream (probably why the coconut overpowered the raspberry). 👍 Love the names of the drinks as well. This really is a quaint and very cute drive through and the prices are great (2 drinks and pretzel bites with a side of cheese for around $10). The pretzel bites are very convenient to share, and the cheese was pretty good (more of a buttery taste than cheese, but still good). Curious about the strawberry cream cheese dip too! Anyway, A+! Totally...
