I had an unfortunate experience recently when I purchased a bouquet from a florist I was referred to after the one I initially planned to use was closed that day. Regrettably, my expectations were not met, and I ended up spending more than I intended. To add to my disappointment, the bouquet arrived in a half-dead state. Furthermore, despite requesting an AM delivery, the flowers were completely forgotten until I reached out via email and voicemail just before closing time, inquiring about their whereabouts.
By the time the bouquet finally arrived on Wednesday at 5:00 PM, the flowers were quite wilted. This left me disheartened, especially considering the significant price I paid. The size of the bouquet was rather small for the amount I spent, and I would have preferred a larger arrangement even if it meant fewer roses. Additionally, the flowers barely lasted 2.5 days before being completely dead which was incredibly disappointing.
Overall, this experience left me unsatisfied with the quality of the bouquet, the timing of delivery, and the value for the price I paid. I had hoped for a beautiful and long-lasting bouquet, (at least a week!) but unfortunately, these expectations...
Read moreEDIT: Most of the flowers ended up dying two days later so I spoke with Ann Marie asking what we can do to remediate the situation, and she remade the bouquet and delivered it the same day. I truly appreciate her working with me and meeting me in the middle for a resolution.
I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday and she waited at her house all day bc it's 101° and the flowers would have been ruined if they were left out. I called five different times and was told just an hour, but it didn't get delivered until almost 6 PM (she told me the latest was 2 pm). I chose a business in the same town and she kept telling me it was "so far away", but the address on the website says it's only five minutes from my sister's house. The woman kept giving me conflicting information. Also, I was told the flowers would have red or pink tulips, but there aren't any tulips. It is a nice bouquet, but I wish she would have done what we spoke about especially with a $90 price tag. If she would have been honest with me about timeline and did what we spoke about then I wouldn't have an issue. I am beyond...

Called some local flower shops here in Virginia who took some time in getting back to me so I searched flower shops near Goodyear and called one with 60 reviews and was flat out lied to about the availability of Gardenia plants from the big box home improvement centers they said they would call (I did my own phone call recon to same with positive results). Called another shop with 49 reviews and was told AZ is the land of succulents! My third call was to Ann Marie's Custom Floral and I struck gold when Ann Marie herself answered the phone!! She went out of her way to make it happen - going to Lowes since she knew they had them, sending me a picture of what she found to be sure I would be satisfied, bringing it back to her shop to package up and delivering it later that day. Who goes out of their way like this anymore? Ann Marie does. This lady deserves...
