Iāve had it. I always come to this location, and always have a problem, but this was it for me. The last time. I waited ten minutes after my pickup time to pick up a DD order. No biggie, but I kindly went to the counter to get an update, as nobody had even greeted me in ten minutes. There were 5 workers, all looked at me at some point, and no help. Finally a woman came to the counter, I wish Iād gotten her name. I was polite and asked about my DD name. Her response was : āI donāt know? When itās ready itāll be up there.ā As I was walking away, I saw a bag just sitting by drivethrough. I heard the woman ask another employee, āCan you see if thatās the name sheās looking for?ā Guess what? It was. So instead of incompetently saying, āI donāt know.ā When a customer asks you a question, try actually doing your job and being proactive, like maybe looking? We ordered a grande Chestnut praline late and a grande peppermint hot chocolate. Recieved the praline first and it was room temperature. Asked if it should be hot. Well they just took it back and dumped it in the microwave. The hot chocolate came out and was a perfect temperature. After we left we were going to treat ourselves and lick the whip cream and praline off the top. Umm no go Batman See first photo. The cup wasn't full and probably boiled over and disintegrated the whipped cream. Here the sad face emoji would go but that would add too much color to this poorly crafted beverage. Almost forgot to brag about the microwaved drink itself. No not brag just gag. Burnt and one of the bad choices for the day. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI no longer shop at this Starbucks, the coffee is expensive and the smiling cashier always turns the charging point of sale dial keypad towards me asking me to tip before she charges for the coffee. They should sell the coffee with the tip already added to the price. Every where you go many places are digitally begging people- either for some hospital struggling or donations to some school network struggling- save the wales- save the clock tower etc. I think digital begging is a shame for large corporations making money hand over fist, or if they are paying their employees very well, is it just greed that they want a tip besides good pay? What about if they were to add that extra dollar and change would that expose how expensive the coffee is ? People would just give up and head to Circle K coffee for $2.19?
