We came in on a week night knowing it would be slower than usual and it was later than the dinner rush. The hope was to not have to deal with crowds and food prepped with out the need to rush cook and mess it up. Unfortunately the place smelled of sewage and it made eating a bit difficult. To my husband it was noticeable and my sons said it was bad but not as bad as I thought it was. I ordered the burger based on the photo and what I got was not anywhere near it. The photos show a thick patty that is made by taking the mest into a ball and pressing gently while keeping it thick. My actual burger was a patty that had been shaped before being frozen with 23 other patties. It tasted like it had freezer burger and didn’t even have a char look to it. With the smell and the taste of the food it was not a pleasant experience at all. Cutting corners for making a profit by switching to frozen hybrid meat patties is not going to keep anyone coming back. The server was nice and that was about the only thing good that came from it. We’ve been there a few times in the past but it seems like it’s no longer American taste driven because the meat is not Texas flavored meat and the smell was horrible. There was only 8 diners including us when there and it was...

I visited Brass Tap in Frisco off 423 for the first time on July 31st. It was a trivia night and it was extremely busy. I finally found an available seat at the bar close to the front door. By the looks of the crowd, I was sure it was going to be a long wait to get service. When I sat down, I was immediately greeted by the bartender with the warmest smile. I ordered a drink and to my surprise, I had it in my hand in roughly a minute. She was extremely knowledgeable with the menu and had no hesitation in explaining the menu to me and describing the various dishes that I had questions about. She took my order and with a smile, promptly entered it into the system. I ordered the hamburger that had the macaroni and cheese bites on it and it was amazing! My servers name was Alex and her kindness in the midst of a crowded night, has definitely made me a true fan of The Brass Tap. I wish I could say the other staff was as professional. There was a young lady with pink hair that kept using curse words with another employee and said it was ok because they were sisters and their mom was a manager. They would continuously give each other the middle finger. But beside that issue, my visit was an excellent one and I'll...

I just want to say, I don’t have anything against this place drinks and food were great. But the reason I’m giving this 1 star review is this… the other day I went to eat here with my friends to watch the champions league final. I ordered wings and a water because I had already eaten and it was just a snack for me. The waitress appeared to be nice and friendly, by the time I was done eating she never came back to refill my water or ask if we needed anything else, which I don’t mind I understand she had other customers to serve. (It wasn’t even full that day)

The problem happened when we got the check, total was around $15, and I know for some people tip is mandatory, not for me. I only tip when the service is actually good, and honestly I didn’t feel like mine was good service so why would I leave a tip (in my opinion) the waitress swiped my card and flipped the little machine and I clicked on no tip. She proceeds to leave, and all of a sudden she’s back calls me out for not leaving a tip, asking me if I actually wanted to click on “No tip” and I said yeah, she then responds that she also had to call out another couple for not leaving a tip.

That’s just a place I wouldn’t want to go back even if the food and...

My first visit here to watch the Dodgers game. I was able to grab the table right by the big screen (4 screens connected). I was greeted with the pleasant smile and was able to select my own table. They have the happy hour un to 4 om -7 pm (including Friday). We ordered most of the items from the happy hour menu (included in the revirlew) & we were super happy with everything. * Pretzel with wite queso - arrive warm and soft ($8.00) * Cheeseburger with fries - OMG, full cheeseburger with crispy & hot fries!! So good, we ordered another, lol ($9.00) * Boom Boom shrimp - 6 fried jumbo shrimp with sauce over it (slightly spicy) $9.00 We also ordered some pint beer from the happy hour menu. Our server (didn't get her name but blond with pink strips) was awesome! We will definitely be back & just may have found our new happy hour place, yay!!

This is a great place to hang out and have a craft beer! The selection is very reasonable and the food was quite good. My friend and I had the chicken sliders and beef sliders and the beef sliders were slightly overcooked but the chicken sliders were very good. The craft beer selection is better than most places you'll go but I've definitely seen better. The atmosphere was great, it wasn't too loud, and there are plenty of TVs to watch your favorite game. Our waitress was outstanding (man I forgot her name and wanted to mention her) and the service was phenomenal. This place is definitely worth checking out. Cheers!

What a joke, I will characterize this new establishment ! First time I considered hick up, new staff, new cooks, new etc. Second time proves my first disappointment. The worst pizza ever. I asked if is a flatbread, got told is a thin crust:)) The 🍒 on top is the 🍉 margarita 😂. Just see the picture and you be the judge! Sad to see all the reviews and understand that we lost the standards after 2020/COVID/...and it's all about jungle, cooking/drinks and so on. Get trained and be professional. That's my advise.
