Lee's French Nails — Local services in Little Falls

While everyone was extremely nice and seemed very clean, I went in for a simple manicure black color. There wasn't any soaking for cuticles, and the manicurist took a huge chunk out of my thumb which 4 days later is still super super painful. that I would say is the absolute worst because I did keep saying she can leave my cuticles as is (they are fine nothing crazy) because I was scared of a cut so she said she will do just a little and bam bleeding thumb. To top it off the color was sloppy I had to ask her to constantly clean up spots because I had black nail polish all over my cuticles and the sides which wasn't fully cleaned up. I guess even the shape was bad, 4 of my nails were filed crooked. and the top coat was so bad I had to go home and put my own top coat since the one she used instantly chipped my thumb. $15 for a terrible manicure I had no time to change because I was heading out...

I have always had weak nails and they have always been very short because they chip and break when they start to grow. I just got my third gel manicure at Lee’s French Nails since recently moving to Little Falls. My nails have grown significantly since my first appointment here, they have never been this long in my entire life. The gel they use here makes my nails very strong and durable and the gel doesn’t lift or chip. My last appointment was 5 weeks ago, and other than being grown out the gel was still completely unchipped and in tact. In addition to the quality products that are helping my nails grow without breaking the staff is always welcoming and friendly. The prices are also fair for the quality that you receive. I’m very happy with the services here and will be a long term...

I have been going to Lee's for years and during that time have seen many changes in management and workers. Currently, "Julie" is the new owner. Although the decorating is a bit better, the rudeness among management and workers toward customers remains the same. "Rachel" my manicurist was quite annoyed when I asked for 3 coats of my own nail polish color. I also asked to make an appointment for the following week with her and was told "maybe." Workers talk among themselves, in their own language about clients. I was also told that since I'm 35 and single "it's a problem." Despite a good manicure, this is no place I would like to give my money and time to. They need a major attitude adjustment and a crash...
