So disappointed in this storeâs management and business practices. I wonât shop here again. My 81 year old mom and I spent approx $100 in the store today. She needed to use the restroom, and we were told they donât have public restrooms. Public vs paying patrons should be different. The girl at the counter was sweet when she said no, and she also said thereâs too much inventory in the back and itâs a liability. I asked if my mom could be escorted back there and even after asking her manager the answer was still no. Paying customers with small children or elderly adults should be allowed to use restrooms.
