I can't adequately express the experience my husband and I had yesterday but I will start by saying that overall this exceeded our expectations of how a customer should be treated. Regan was our main sales rep and she went over and beyond to make our day. She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and overall the sweetest rep we have ever worked with at any jewelry store. From the time we stepped in the door she made us feel comfortable and welcome and worked very hard to accommodate our needs. Ed also assisted her with our purchases and was amazing to work with. If there were more than 5 stars I would give them. The patience and kindness we were shown by these two have made us new Sissys customers for life. The entire experience start to finish was wonderful. We came in as strangers and left as friends. There was no high pressure sales but rather a fun day that felt like shopping with old friends. I have done business twice with Sissy’s now and I couldn’t be more pleased by either experience which was simply because of Jackie! Don’t get me wrong both locations are beautiful and worth the visit. The customer service from everyone at both locations was an exceptionally pleasant experience. She listened to exactly what I wanted and executed that to the T! She was at the Conway Location then. My second encounter was at the West Little Rock location for some anniversary gifts for the fiancé. She had everything ready to look at when I got there she was very responsive and sweet about setting time aside for when I could come in.
