I don’t enjoy doing this but I will have to do it. I’ve been going with my friends to this place quite often but I will stop going. I feel very sad and disappointed by the way one of the girls working here treated me this evening, around 5pm. I was in line ready to pay for my yoghurt behind another customer who was paying. Once the customer left, the girl working there went to help some other customers who were wanting to get toppings. That was fine with me. However, after helping the customers with their toppings, she came back to the cash register and my yoghurt was already on the scale and I was standing there waiting to pay. She asked the other customers if we were together and the costumers responded “no”. She then removed my yoghurt from the scale, without saying anything to me, and helped the other customers. I was shocked and in disbelief that she would do that. I waited until the customers left and then I confronted her and asked politely why she did that, and that I was there standing in line before those other customers. She started telling me that she can only help one customer at the time and that there is a line and it goes in that order. I informed her that I’m aware of that and that I did wait in line and that what she did was not cool and also that I would like to speak to her supervisor. She continued talking loudly over me and I couldn’t say much. When I mentioned that I would like to speak to her supervisor, she answered rudely “well that would be very mean of you”. What in the world is going on? Have people forgotten what customer service means? I worked in the retail & food industry for many years, but I never dared to treat a customer like this. Mistakes happen, and that is why I gave her the benefit of the doubt. But after she responded to me so rudely and disrespectful, I decided I needed to write this review. These girls definitely need to be retrained. I love the yoghurt but too bad because I’m not...
Read more$.68 per ounce! Since when is the equivalent of a single cone of ice cream (or froyo or gelato) worth that much? I got a relatively small amount of ice cream with sprinkles/jimmies and there is NO WAY it was worth that total price. These frozen yogurt crooks are what is wrong with America. News flash: if 1:4 people have lactose intolerance, this is just an option where we can enjoy an ice cream equivalent. There's no way we should be gouged for it.
I gave this a lower food score because I can taste/feel the ice crystals in the yogurt. So this is mostly water. Service was fine, the atmosphere was nothing to speak of.
Thanks for ruining my outing with my kids by having them beg for this product when they have no clue that it's 50% overpriced....
Read moreWe went for a walk around the lake. My daughter wanted a little bit of frozen yogurt. I got the smallest cup and so did Shay, she soldiers of 3/4 way, mine was 1/4 full. it ended up costing us $12.50 and the worst part was we weren’t able to sample anything so every flavor is just a guess. She ended up not liking her flavors so I ended up having to finish hers.
I will never come back here again, I could’ve bought a pint of organic ice cream without chemicals and without artificial flavors and without artificial colors for about five dollars at Whole Foods around the corner. 62 cents per ounce for...
