Have bad experiences through them. Was perfectly fine in the beginning and then it got worse. Ill admit I kind of screwed myself over and got me 3 things, made on time payments for a while and then because the manager was being disrespectful and didn't want to work something out, I returned everything. Waited a couple weeks, went back to get a PS5, returned it within a week because I didn't play it. Got pretty much "pushed" out of the store, everyone was mad at me for no reason. I was gonna try to get a king sized bed and they wanted nothing to do with me. The manager had lied to me; paid $7 for black Friday, didn't have to pay until December 4th, got charged the next week so I paid it. Called headquarters and am getting a refund, just waiting for a call from the district manager. I am trying to get a king sized bed through them again, get told they don't have any so I mentioned that Berlin had one. I got told that I didn't get approved for a rental and to try again in 30 days, I can go on the app and it says I'm approved for $3600. So everyone at Littleton rent a center is a complete liar and don't care about anyone but themselves. They are supposed to be making money but the way they are acting and going, I wouldn't be surprised if they get shut down or at least put a new manager in there with different people. Read moreThe girl there is very nice, tries hard to help all but I think they are really too overwhelmed for the little amount of workers they have. I know they are hiring and that's good news. However, we called them two or three times when we first moved here. Didn't get any calls back in over a week. We finally went in there and had to be there for two hours. We did eventually take a bed home and were told we'd get the brand new mattress the next day which was Saturday. So we called to check what time. She said around 3, but no one came. I called again. She said she'd call me right back when she figures it out. Never called, they closed, and they are closed Sundays. So I have a bed put together, no mattress, and I have to wait until Monday now, and slept in my son's bed since he is at a friend's. So I'm a bit angry now. They really need to move on hiring...
