I had a rather large and heavy item shipped to me USPS (I still have no idea why they shipped it USPS) . I saw that it arrived at the Post office so rather than expecting my mail carrier to deliver it I went to the post office to pick it up. I showed the younger guy the tracking number and he looked super confused. I told him it was a rather large box. He went out back and came back with the tiny package that wasn't mine, and was a different tracking number. Then told me well that is all we have and shrugged. A couple hours later I was leaving for an appointment, in pulls the mail truck with the package.
I've had packages get delivered to the wrong addresses, days late, smashed, destroyed. Infact, one came in yesterday with a giant gash in the cardboard.

Read moreI live in this area and when I have to mail out packages at this post office a certain lady with grey hair down to her shoulders, wears glasses, slender, gives me a hard time. When I walk through the door her smiles drops and she is rude to me. She never tries to help and makes shipping items hard. I hate walking through the door when she is there. Today she wouldn't let me send a package first class. She told me I hah to send it a different way, even though it was under 13oz. She handed me back my package. Though I have had others send out my packages under 13oz this way. She is just rude,and if she doesn't like your 'look' for some reason, she makes it tough on you to send out your packages.
