Manal is an exceptional person. Not only is she an awesome, attentive retail salesperson, but she also is a literal lifesaver. As we were checking out, my mother felt faint and asked me if I had any food or candy in my purse. I didn’t as my boys had already cleaned me out. Manal graciously gave my mom her own orange and sat her down on a stool so she wouldn’t fall. My mom proceeded to become sick and the quick actions of Manal and a plastic shopping bag saved the day. She minimized the effects on the rest of the store guests and kept my mom calm until she recovered. I was seriously afraid at one point as my mom’s condition deteriorated. She kept everyone calm and I was able to take mom to lunch and visit 1 last store (she really wanted to shop!) before I took her home. She was exhausted and a little embarrassed from the ordeal, but I’m truly grateful to Manal for her exceptional care and quick actions.
