Smoothie King — Restaurant in Lockport

Here we go again with this place. Champion member and ordered the same thing I do every time. A strawberry xtreme, which is only strawberries and papaya juice. EVERY SINGLE TIME they mess it up. Had it remaid and still horrible. Tastes watery and off. My guess is too much ice and not enough strawberries. Every other location does it fine but this is my 2nd time there with my 4th drink after having 2 remakes. They just can’t get it right. Stay away if you are a regular and want your order to taste right! New customers will never know how bad they have it. I feel sorry...

This place is terrible. If I could rate it with no stars, I would. I have never tried smoothie king before, so this being my first time will also be my last. I placed an order for delivery online at 7:30pm, I was told it would be delivered by 8:17pm. Then the time changed to 8:37pm and once again was changed to 8:45pm. Then at 8:38pm my order was canceled. No reason as to why whatsoever. I know they close at 9pm, but placing and order at 7:30pm should not have been an issue. Absolutely a terrible experience and will not ever order from nor visit this...

I have gone to this Smoothie King often, however, I went there today and was very dissatisfied with my smoothie. I ordered my usual go to and it tasted like flavored slushy water. I went back inside and asked for it to be remade because it did not taste like anything and she did. however, it still tasted the same. Flavorless. Watery.
