Kevin was amazing! This was my first trip into The Open Bottle, and the craft cocktails were incredible, the prices were equally incredible, and Kevin was kind and conversational. He made wonderful drinks, and took the time to chat in-between customers, educate on the offered drinks, and answer all the questions about what was for sale. This place is top-notch, very warm and welcoming environment. The bar tender (I'm so sorry I forgot his name) was extremely nice, very knowledgeable. They have a pretty large variety of very good and harder to find on tap beers. They have an even larger variety of bottled/canned beers that they can chill for you.
