we switched over, and when we joined the service, the customer service was very great and the employees were wonderful. but then we began having issues. one of the phones we got had one of the employees personal information on it, we had access to her phone number, email account, bank account, and we received texts, phone calls, transaction logs, and more that were meant for this person. and we also didn't have great coverage, we had to walk outside our apartment to make a phone call. so naturally, we decided to move our business elsewhere. this wasn't acceptable to them, and they were going to charge us $80 to return two phones we had TWO days, on top of keeping an IPhone XR we traded in. we did not get the iphone back or get an explanation as to why, they just decided to keep it. so, we went to return the phones. the same employee who we had the information of, and who sold us the phones, helped us return them. she was very polite and friendly, probably grateful we didnt share or use her personal information. but the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, raising her voice and arguing with us. it was extremely embarrassing having to deal with that kind of behavior, we were not trying to steal the phones from them or anything, we were trying to give them back and cancel service. but, because of a tiny tiny crack in one phone, they wouldn't cancel our service. so they trapped us in a plan, that we wont use. take your business elsewhere, unless you plan to stay because they will make it very very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was very please with the customer service from Tiffany & Alejandro in this store. They answered all my questions and helped my fam get the phones that best suits them and their needs. And at a pretty fair price! Thankyou guys ! The only thing I would change is for Apple to give a charger and headphones with the phones like they used to. But thatās is beyond the customer reps. And is an Apple issue. My theory is that since Steve Jobs died they donāt see much innovation in their company. So they are squeezing money any way they can. Because they foresee Samsung surpassing them. I may be wrong but if Apple was a little less stingy it would help the company. I mean charger with super flimsy chords made to break ? What obvious greed tactics. There lucky the iPhone is so user friendly or I might try another type of phone. But all and all it was a good experience because the reps in this location...

Be warned, because they arenāt a corporate-owned entity, they will stoop to unimaginable lows to siphon every last penny from your pockets.
A blatant scam? My mother was duped into buying what they claimed was a $65 Otterbox, only to be handed a cheap $20 flimsy cover.
And their audacity didnāt stop there ā despite explicitly refusing their protection plans, they sneakily registered both our phones, setting us back by $36 a month.
Their lies continued when they had the gall to falsely insist that my mother was obliged to buy their overpriced $40 screen protectors for each phone. Steer clear...
