I originally went to the Verizon store on 138 in Stockbridge last year where I met Zack. I did not realize at the time it was not a corporate store.
Just wanted to upgrade to the fold 5 which would have made my monthly payment $220.00
Zack and the manager sold me on opening a new corporate account and close my original account I had for many, many years.
I was told that by doing this, I could get a 3rd line, upgrade my wife's phone, get the Fold 5 and take advantage of these promotions they had and my bill would be the same as if I just upgraded to the Fold 5.
Well fast forward I have paid hundreds of dollars more and my bill is still high, $264.10.
Zack was transferred to the Locust Grove store and has always been nice. After weekly calls to Zack I could tell he was tired of me calling him and he told me his hands were tied and pretty much could not help me any further and to get in touch with his manager Daunte.
Zack did tell me I would see my next bill be around $40.00 for one month after all the credits hit and my bill would level out to where we discussed. Never happened.
Daunte still telling me all the credits still have not hit the account. My bills have been $293.26, $292.08, $323.20, last bill was the lowest $205.59 and then $264.10 and showing that as next bill moving forward.
So after being out hundreds of dollars, plus the hundreds in activation, upgrade and other fees. I have been given the runaround time after time waiting on these promotional credits that are supposedly going to be credited to my account. It seems like I was deceived and allowed myself to be taken advantage of by believing what I was sold.
So take it for what it is worth. Get everything in writing before you agree to anything they try...
Read moreThis is the worst Verizon I’ve EVER been to. Avoid this place at all cost. They will tell you whatever just to get a sell. I purchased a phone not even a week ago that’s glitching up and I’m told I’ll have to pay $70 to restock a phone that was sold to me. When I complained and said It was told $30 because that’s what I was told at the time of purchase she tells me well I didn’t make the rules! I suggest everyone just take the extra time to go to a corporate store. It may be a long wait, but I would rather wait for quality service. She also told me I wasn’t an account manager on my account but when I open up my account it says account owner, and I can call customer service and get perfect access to my account. I’ll return my phone and make sure I purchase at a...
Read moreI cannot stress enough how good my experience has always been with GoWireless in Locust Grove, GA. I recently purchased my third or fourth phone from this store and once again found their customer service to be superior. Admittedly, this time the process went a little more slowly because the transfer of data was slower than normal, but still, they did the entire process for me. I did not have to do a thing. You will not see that at any corporate Verizon store, at least that has been my experience. My sales rep, Blake, could not have been more professional or interested in my needs and those of my wife, who got a new phone on the same day as me. If you want outstanding customer service, go to GoWireless in Locust Grove! If you want an excellent sales rep,...
