My experience physically in the store was great. The woman at the register and the male manager were amazing, however I had a huge issue calling this store. I had a defective bag I bought in North Georgia and I was trying to find a closer store to exchange it at since that original location is a few hours away from me. The store manager from North GA called this store after seeing they had several of the purse I needed in stock, and explained the situation, and the lady on the phone stated they didn’t have it so there wasn’t one she could put on hold. I called myself to make sure and got the same lady with the same answer (did not catch her name). She stated they had the bag in the smaller size- which they did not even have when I actually was in the store. When I went in to just return the bag, I saw two rows of the bag I needed AS SOON as I walked in. I don’t think this lady wanted me to go into the store and return the bag and that frustrated me when the issue was not even my fault. I’m assuming the lady on the phone was also a manager, and because of that terrible customer service to both myself and the manager of another store, I will not return to this location even though it is closer to me. I will take the trip...
Read moreI ordered boots in store, I was told that I would receive an email in hours and at that time I can place the order. Five hours later, no email. I called and was told that they are too busy to help and I should call closer to closing or someone would call me back close to the end of shift, I called and was told by a Manager that they don't do that on weekends and she would be the one to put it in on Monday. I called back on Monday around 8:15 PM and was told by Supervisor Desiree that its up to the store that the boots are coming from. They just keep giving me the run around and it's obvious that communication and customer service is lacking at this location. Everyone needs to know the policies in order to convey the correct information to customers abs nit frustrate the customers by giving them...
Read moreI stopped by Michael Kors at Locust Grove with my daughter on Oct 3. She was getting me a purse for my birthday. We initially stopped in the first time to see what options were there. Besides the initial welcome in, no one approached us to assist. We looked around and left because we were checking out all of the purse options in the area. We decided on a MK purse and came back a second time about 15 minutes later and still received no assistance. There were several employees in the store walking around talking with each other or on their phones. After about 10 minutes someone finally asked if we needed assistance. At that point I decided that I did not want to spend my money at that location. Hopefully they can move forward with better customer service...
