My daughter and I got our ears pierced there on Black Friday. They took great care to use sterile technique and were not rushing because they were busy. Kathy, the girl that did the piercing was very nice and wanted to be sure we were pleased with the spot for the piercing and changed it several times to please my daughter..She gave clear instructions for what to do when we went home. Neither one of us has had any issues since getting the piercing. We feel they did a great job!! The photo is my cartilage piercing I got.

My daughter and I went shopping there yesterday around 2pm. The 3 girls working at that time were the rudest employees I've ever encountered. You embarrassed her, all cause she called me mother. We could clearly hear you talking about us. I raise my kid to be herself and not care what others think, but you make her uncomfortable. So Keep the comments to yourself or wait until the 11 year old child leaves to talk about her...
