We had a bad experience! We baught a gift card for our daughter for Christmas. She is in college and was home for the holidays so we had limited time to use it. We went in and shopped for over an hour. I purchased my things then my daughter went to use her gift card and we were told their entire system was down and she could not use her gift card! We could pay with cash or credit card out of pocket for her things. (But not with the gift card) We declined and left. She went back to college the next day. I went back to get a refund for the gift card. After waiting for them to call the manager, I was informed they will not give us a refund. Save your money....

I visited Locals on March 1, 2021. Im new to the area and love to support locals crafters and artists. I was really enjoying the displays and variety of merchandise I chose a few items and thought it would be a place I would frequent again. And then I I proceeded to pay and check out. That experience was less than pleasant. The employee ringing me out was less than interested in treating me as a Arron she was interested in seeing return. She gave me no eye contact, hardly acknowledged anything I said as she was too busy gossiping with the other girl behind the register. I felt minimized. So disappointed in the customer service I had tonight. I was very excited to find the cutest little Christmas trees priced at $12.99 .. I looked through all of the same ones to find my favorite.. all were priced the same $12.99. When I went to pay for the two I had picked out they rang up as $18.99 each. The woman at the cash register simply said they must be priced wrong and wouldn't honor the price they were marked. I find this to be extremely poor customer service. Be aware.. don't trust in their marked prices and watch what your totals actually come up to! Needless to say.. I left empty haned and extremely...
