What a great experience! Was recommended by a friend, and Jerrick’s Jewelry delivered. Not only did we find exactly what we wanted, but we felt no pressure to buy right away.

We came in late on a Saturday, and Jerrick saw on their cameras they had a full house and came in right away while we were browsing. Before he got there, we were given expert help from the others working there as they helped other couples who were there before us.

Jerrick listened to our choices and found similar ones that fit our criteria and recommendations as well. All were beautiful, but he finally found the one for us in his large selection!

He answered all of our questions (we had a lot!) and had a wonderful variety of center stones for us to choose from. He even took the time to go over the men’s wedding bands with us! This was our first stop while ring shopping, so we didn’t purchase that day. However, as we visited other stores in the area, in SLC and Provo, we realized Jerrick’s Jewelry had exactly what we loved at a great price (especially for college students). Remember how I mentioned we had a LOT of questions? Jerrick even took the time to answer our questions about other rings and diamonds we found at other stores as well as providing input!

Not only did we have an amazing time with Jerrick and the staff, we had the confidence we needed from them to feel comfortable making this special purchase. It’s exactly what I’ve dreamt of having (as a woman with particular taste), but I never would have dreamed ring shopping would be this fun and exciting (not gonna lie y’all, I teared up in the store).

I had a few awesome experiences with Jerricks Fine Jewelry over the past couple of years and he has surely become my Jeweler of choice. While planning on proposing to my now wife I shopped a local competitor, someone outside the valley and Jerrick asking all for the same style and shape stone. This thing needed to be special. I needed a 2 carat stone for my bride and wanted the best bang for my buck. Jerrick took the time to go over my needs, bring in a stone for me to check out. I felt it was gorgeous and compared to the price of the two other jewelers I was ready to buy this 2 carat cushion stone. After careful review and inspection of the stone Jerrick told me although this one was nice he felt like he could do better in quality than this one was. He gained my trust 10 fold because he could have just sold me the first one and I realized he wanted me and my bride at our happiest and we were. We were thrilled with our next diamond that came a week later and my wife loved the ring I put on her finger. I have since bought other jewelry for her from him for other special occasions and also referred 2 friends in California to do business with him and his staff. They both did sight unseen based off of my experience and the quality of my stone and Jerrick made sure to communicate effectively with them and even handled the shipping and insurance sending to them out of state. I have all the faith in the world that Jerrick and his employees are mostly concerned with your happiness and your repeat business and will go the extra mile to take care of you, Just ask my wife who goes in for free weekly cleanings! I enjoy having the ability and confidence to just call him and tell him what I need at a moments notice and know that he will take care of everything. We are customers for life!...

I had the worst experience of my life with Jerrick’s Fine Jewelry, and it’s taken me years to process enough to even write this review. It’s so weird because it seemed like such a nice local company, and I bought my original wedding ring from them and had a good experience. My wedding ring was incredibly special to me, and about 2 years after purchase when I went in just to get a quote on changing the stone shape, I was shocked to get a call days later saying my ring was already “done.” I never gave permission, no one ever confirmed details with me, and I was left speechless when I saw the ring—completely different than my original style, with clunky prongs and none of the delicate features I loved.

When I tried to explain what happened to the owner, instead of showing empathy, he was hostile and dismissive. No apology, no accountability—he was just defensive. I finally pushed through my anxiety to explain what I wanted, and although the second version looked a lot better, the craftsmanship was poor. Since then, diamonds have repeatedly fallen out, the prongs have chipped, and my center stone is loose. It looks cheap, rushed, and nothing like the ring I dreamed of.

I spent countless dollars, had the original design I cherished taken away from me, and received some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. On top of that, I’ve had to pay other jewelers out of pocket just to replace diamonds and keep the ring in wearable condition.
