Looking for an complete home theater system, I went to Lynn's on a strong recommendation from a friend even though I don't live in Cache Valley. I showed up just before closing one night and the salesman stayed quite late, answering all of my questions, never making me feel rushed or pressured in the least. That attitude was constant through my whole experience. I've not experienced customer service any better.
The salesman kept in regular contact with me as my theater room was under construction. He offered a professional installation, but provided expert consultation when I decided to do it myself - guiding me through the process, from speaker wire placement behind the sheetrock to the minor details of final installation & set-up.
Lynn's went the extra mile in every step along the way. Making straight-forward and honest recommendations that didn't necessarily benefit them financially, arranging pick-up and delivery, and following up to ensure things went well with the installation and that we enjoyed the final product.
They priced out several system combinations working with us through our preferences and budget constraints, and I always found their pricing to be right in line with other stores, web-based or brick & mortar.
I typically spend a lot of time researching options, but Lynn's expert recommendations and explanations short circuited my typical process saving me a lot of time. I consider myself quite picky when it comes to home theater sight & sound, and I couldn't be more pleased with the combination of receiver and speakers that blend perfectly and fill our odd-sized room completely, with a high quality big screen to match!

   Read moreI was in the market for a new TV with a Samsung TU 80000 65” in mind. I proceeded to our local Best Buy to view and attempt to purchase the Samsung I had set out for. When I arrived at Best Buy several associates ignored me and almost seemed to walk away from me when I tried to inquire on inventory. Finally I found an associated willing to check inventory and unfortunately they didn’t have to Samsung I wanted in stock.
I then proceeded to Walmart across the street and still no Samsung TU8000’s available. I then contemplated if I should keep wasting my time trying to track this TV down. While thinking 2 teenage boys highly recommended checking out Lynn’s Audio and video.......
I was a bit reluctant being I was under the impression that big name stores such as Best Buy, Walmart and Sams club would have better prices. However I decided to make the call and check to see if they had my desired Samsung. They unfortunately did not have the Samsung but did invite in to check out the Display of a Sony X80H. I was like why not.....
Upon arrival I was greeted by refreshingly polite staff that had an amazing knowledge of the products they were selling. I ended up buying the 65” model not knowing how the price measured up to big retailers until I started searching the internet. Then I was very surprised to know the TV I had just purchased was less expensive at Lynn’s than anything listed online.

   Read moreI hired Lynn's Audio to come into my new home and wire all of the low voltage wiring for my home network and my audio and video throughout my house. From the start to the finish, I was treated respectfully and given sound choices to choose from. I was surprised that I wasn't pressured into the most expensive equipment with a story about the biggest and the best. Instead, I was shown all of the options and then given the pros and cons of each. When I made my selection on equipment there was no additional pressure for an up-sale.
During the construction process, I dealt with Travis, their Installation manager, who was always willing to answer my texts and calls promptly to answer my question. If I called and asked for something to be moved or repositioned, he promptly would send someone out to address it.
After the home was complete, I met several of the techs that came out to my home and helped setup my Bose system and the various Bose Sound Bars throughout my house. They were all very helpful and willing to spend the time to help us understand our system.
