I bought both my engagement ring and wedding bands here. I had such a great time that I brought my brother and his girlfriend back to get their engagement ring and wedding band. We all walked away extremely happy.

Ashley let me look and try on engagement rings the first time I visited - I was there just to get my watch battery replaced. She was so friendly, unlike some jewelry stores (that just look down on you as soon as they think you won't be able to afford half of the store). Ashely's great service prompted me to bring my now husband there to pick out our rings.

When it comes to picking out your rings, Kristen is the one to go to. Kristen made the ring picking process so much fun - she let us tried on all the rings that we were interested (and some just for pure fun), and she quickly figured out what styles we might like and recommend similar ones if not more interesting. She is very experienced that she helps you make decisions faster and clearer.

Kristen, Ashley, and Tony were not pushy when it comes to picking out rings. They gave us as much as time we need, while helping us make decisions by giving us useful information. It is an incredible feeling to walk away from a jewelry store feeling like you got your favorite ring for sure. We requested a very rushed ring sizing (it was a bit unreasonable on our part), but they did whatever they could to accommodate us, which I greatly appreciated. It was top notch customer service.

My husband and I have been coming to this location for close to 10 yrs ! I started out small and though the years have upgraded several times and every time I upgraded they give us full value of what I paid for it towards the new ring . I have been there through several management changes and I have loved them all Jonathan ( who is now at the Layton store ) always greeted me with a smile and gave into my crazy whims and requests he always made sure I got what I wanted ! Kristen is the most sweet and kind person who takes her time to make sure it is right and you have all the current information you need to make a important and informed decision . Casi who is the current manager is amazing ! She is a real down to earth person . She makes sure that you feel welcome and really makes you feel like you are family and you always have her full attention ! The rest of the crew ( drew , Carson , Tablot and Weston ) are great and they will just sit and chat with you even if you aren't buying anything ! I really have felt at home here ! They inspect and clean my ring regularly and also if they find anything they send it of to be repaired and the peace of mind plan is sooo worth it ! If there is a problem they will do their very best to work with you and fix it ! I just can't say enough good stuff about this place ! We have had the best experience with Morgan jewelers. We bought our first ring at a different store and had no complaints but after finding Morgan’s, we have been back again and again. We don’t even check anywhere else now because we know we are getting the best deal and the the best service through them.

We recently bought a 10 year anniversary ring and Austin and Jen were so patient and fun to work with. They were helpful in answering our questions and they gave us suggestions that we wouldn’t have thought about otherwise. We ended up picking a ring that wasn’t even on our radar waking in and it’s perfect!

We are so grateful for the time and effort Morgan’s has put into helping us. We took in our first engagement ring (the one bought from a different company in the valley) for a re sizing. Not only were they 150 dollars cheaper than the original store but they also surprised us by replacing a missing diamond from the band. I had explained to Austin that a small diamond had fallen out that morning but I would take it to the other company to have it replaced. It was such a great surprise and so nice not to have to take it somewhere else to be fixed. it’s things like that, in my opinion, that make businesses stand out from others.
