This has been a long time coming and I want to be sure to give the Logan Store a big shout out for they are so deserving of it!! I am a professional home stager here in Logan. I have relied on the Logan Rent A Center for years now for their excellent furnishings. Not only for professional, but for personal needs too.. Juan, the general manager has taken such incredible , good care of me. I highly recommend working with this company for your furnishing needs. Juan can work with you especially if you’re on a budget. He will bend over backwards to provide not only the most excellent customer service but professionalism as well. I want Juan back as manager. I don't like this new manager. I've been with Rent a Centrr for over 39 years now and even before it was called Eagles Rentals same building. Well for being 3 to 4 days late on payment monthly the Manager sent the rent a center out to my home today . I've never ever had this happen before with the same scenario. Juan and before him managers were-. Kindhearted and understanding to there costumers . I'm upset and want this new manager GONE. . I use to give them a 5 star not anymore -barely a 1 star. Really bad customer service and harassing me for an account I'm not on but knew. I was sick n was trying to rest and they called me more than once, woke me up and they had a bad attitude about me calling and saying don't harass me and keep calling me for something I have nothing to do with and when I called trying to get corporate number and I guess in charge at the time wouldn't give me a number and gave me attitude to.
