I hope my review can help a few people make their decisions. Don't waste money at this specific location. Go to either Ogden or Pocatello if you HAVE to have Noodles & Company, because obviously the management here is lacking highly- either that or their on-the-job training is some of the worst and most lazy I have seen in a hot minute. My mother and I live about an hour away, but I work in Logan, and I was craving pasta. It took some begging because it isn't the cheapest for faster food places... But she eventually agreed. We ordered on the app, which worked well of course, and bought one of each of the tortellini bowls in a small. I get that smalls are smaller than the regular, but every single one of our tortellini dishes were lazily put together, the cheese was almost half unmelted, the food was not very hot at all, and the sauce was so abysmal that it seemed almost dry LOL. I hate complaining, but I asked for extra sauce, and three soup containers and lids were wasted on like 1/4 a cup if extra paid 'sauce' which in the one shown had a decent burned section. If I had an allergy to carrots or broccoli or whatever else made it into my side of mac n' cheese, I could have had more troubles. Yes it is visible to the naked eye- but👏🏻that👏🏻is👏🏻not👏🏻okay. It shows how lazy the workers and/or supervisor is that this large amount of veggies made it into my side. Not only that, but we got a tomato basil small soup and a side of chicken noodle soup... I think the only way to get food that's worth your buck at this location is to buy sides of everything. We basically got the same scooping of soup for my side soup as my mom did for her half-full small size. And for multiple dollars cheaper?! What a steal! Either way, I'm quite disappointed with this, and I will know for the future to not go to this location again. I had an hour drive home and we just trusted it was okay- next time I'll make sure I check closer and not trust in the good name of the company that my food will be correct... I was mildly worried when we had showed up a bit early and I watched a customer storming out of the food place with a heavy-set grimace on his face... But now I know why he may have been upset. I am glad that I chose not to go inside the building, for I fear that the energy inside would have soured this food even more. I hope you guys get this fixed soon, because tbh, your most recent two comments besides one "It was good" 5 star in between them say "Food poisoning" and "severely shorted on scoops of food"... Thank you for coming to my TedTalk. LOVE Y'ALL AND STAY...
Read moreThe Logan Noodles & Company seems to be a favor with the college crowd here. Noodles is becoming one of my son's favorite places to go, but not necessarily mine because they don't have a lot of variety. On our visit today, the staff member did not listen to our order and left in two items we requested be removed from two different entrees. I really need to learn my lesson and have the order-taker read back my orders at every single restaurant so that I know they've gotten it right before they actually place the order. Luckily, the tomatoes were al dente so that I can remove them and give them to my husband, making mine entree edible for me. But it is nice when the staff really listen and get the order right the first time. I promise we weren't hurtling the orders at him either! There's really only one entree I get at Noodles, which is the chicken alfredo. But I really need to have them cut the cheese in half because it is just so rich. And as always, we only get one drink and share it around because drinks are so ridiculously priced. Everyone in the universe knows soda doesn't cost the $2-$3 we are charged! I guess it's really my fault 😃 for not sticking to my New Year's resolution--cut out the soda and drink water instead. Doing that one little thing takes at least five pounds off! And saves me two to three dollars at every...
Read moreMy 9 yo daughter loves going to "Noodles"...it's "our place" when we go on mother-daughter outings. I've never ordered anything I didn't love. Nice variety of dishes from spicy to mild to cheesy to veggy to meaty from Asian to italian and everything in between. Some really flavorful and unique dishes you can't find anywhere else along with some classics. I would rate it 5 Stars if the portions were a little larger for the price. I always order the largest size entre and add a protein (shrimp, chicken, meatballs etc) and my daughter get a kids meal plus a side, and we leave just a bit hungry... Maybe if you could get a free side of bread or naan or something with your meal that would help round it out. If you're looking to get "full" for all lot less $, go to Pizza Pie Cafe across the parking lot. If you like a variety of dishes from different places go here or even better try Sabores... I always leave with a take out box of leftovers from Sabores, but at Noddles, I eat everything with nothing for leftovers. The atmosphere is...
