I was surprised to see so many good reviews for Matt. I called him and texted my address and machine to him no less that 6 times with 2 different phone numbers. He answered the voice phone call 2 out of 6 times and never responded to a text after I sent my address and machine make. He said he would come out in a few days but failed to make or show up to an appointment over the course of 2 months. Moving on now.
