I cried actual tears leaving this shop, I have never seen a store in this bad of shape. The conditions of the store are inhabitable for humans let alone reptiles or amphibians. It reeks of urine, so badly that you can smell it from outside the front door - I have no idea how the young lady working inside could even stand to be inside - must be used to it from long term exposure.... Majority of the reptiles were agitated and seemed hungry and more than half of the habitats had ZERO water (it is 77 degrees outside as I type this - can't even imagine the temperature inside the tiny store that is overcrowded) . The ones that did have water were miniscule amounts and so filthy that the water was brown or black, could not even see the reptile that was in the water and it was only an inch deep. The toad tanks they had only had about 3/4 inch of water in them and nothinf else. They were receiving a delivery of food for the reptiles (rats) that were not bagged or in any container at all, right in front of the store. It's not a shock that someone eles pet has gotten ill after purchasing feed here... this store clearly does not have animal interest at heart just their wallet. They do have some exotic animals but I could never imagine supporting a "business" that can't take animal rights seriously. My heart hurts today. I hope that you find somewhere else to support and spend your hard earned $. Such a bad representation. š I wish I could have given 0 stars and will be reporting...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt was the worst reptile store which I ever seen. The death smell starts outside already. And itās more stronger inside the store. All cages are in bad dirty conditions. Some of them with poop inside. The big python by the entrance had huge poop inside enclosure and you can tell itās not just happened. Some animals have no water at all, some of them have very dirty water. The enclosures have not proper lighting and heating. Most of the animals are in bad condition, skinny and with shedding issues. The store is dirty. The animal control has to pay attention on it! This is animal abuse! I see a lot of similar reviews since 2018 but looks like nothing changed. And on top of it- their prices are much higher, doesnāt make any sense. Itās very sad situation for all their animals.
UPD. The store owner called me fake in his reply, he called my profile fake also. Not surprised, when you donāt care of your business and animals, when you spent most of the time in social media instead take care of your store and animals. His animals looks nice only on social media pages. We were shocked to see the reality. The store has so many security cameras inside but not customers, itās to prevent from taking pictures of...

Interesting, as when I went in, there were two people playing with a dog instead of cleaning out the multiple enclosures that had more than one pile of feces or urates, multiple shed, and more than half the enclosures had zero water or filthy water. I have quite a few reptiles, have done months of learning on their care and take great care of them. I know that these animals could be taken better care of, there weren't that many and they don't require that much. The state of these enclosures was shocking and sad. The same can be said for the response of the owner to anyone who doesn't leave a 5 star review. No, "mother nature" isn't always there to clean up out in the wild, but the wild is equipped with its own clean up crew, whereas enclosures require human attention. Animals don't just lie around on their filth and choose to go without water. I certainly hope that, instead of harsh defensiveness, the employees spend more time doing what they get paid for, and that the owner hold them to that, because the animals...
