I have several art pieces and prints I wanted custom frames for. After a disappointing trip to a big box frame store I decided I should try someplace a little smaller. I found Picture This and I am so glad I did! The shop owner (sweet lady and I totally didn't get her name) spent as much time as we needed picking out the perfect frame and getting everything just right. She did not complain at all. We actually left without picking out all our frames, but by the time we got home we headed straight back to finish up and the lights were off! Turns out she was just in the back room, so when I called she came out and had a big smile and we completed our order. Can I possibly give her a higher rating than 5 stars? Because Marisol deserves it! I had an odd-shaped item to have framed - a handmade piece of Hawaiian tapa cloth that is quite precious to me. Marisol and I discussed at length my aesthetics and goals for the final framing of the piece and she carefully listened to my ideas and input. When we could not find an existing frame for my piece, she went out of her way to actually construct a frame that would work out of some gorgeous moulding that she had on hand that completely fit the bill.
