What a disaster. My husband was diagnosed with pneumonia at this site and after talking to several doctors, they could not figure out how to treat him for this illness. In the course of his horrible stay in this facility, pneumonia became back seat to all the other things they were trying to say he had. My husband was sicker when he left the hospital than what he was when he arrived. They only care about the money not the well being of the patient. When you have good insurance, you get top notch treatment and everyone who talks to the patient orders more of the same test so they can get more money. They told my husband they were going to keep him two more days. For what, so they could make more money from our insurance and us? I had to take my husband to another medical facility. By the time we arrived at the new facility, he had become so weak. At St. Mary's, the doctors continued to take blood for testing even though my husband didn't have an appetite and couldn't eat.. Each time I ask why were they taking more blood, they would always say they were testing for something different from the previous blood withdrawals. Each time they would draw at least 4 valves of blood. That was a lot of blood for a patient who did not have an appetite and couldn't eat. Don't mention the medicine. It irritated his stomach so bad , sometime he couldn't make it to the bathroom and the nurses were nowhere to be found. I found myself doing a lot of what the nurses and staff should have been doing. We felt the rooms were not as clean as they should have been. Again, I found myself doing things I shouldn't have had to do as a paying customers, disinfecting areas I knew my husband and I would touch. The cleaning people would clean in the areas they could get to, detailed sanitary cleaning was not done. The toilets had circles in them and look like they had not been cleaned and sanitized in months. I had to take my own Pinesole cleaner to clean in the room and bathroom. THIS IS A HORRIBLE I MEAN THE WORSE HOSPITAL EVER DONT EVER TAKE ANYONE THERE THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY VULTURES AND I WISH THEY GO...
Read more03/18/2025 horrible experience went for numbness, tingling and heaviness on my arms, legs and face DNP Priya vishwanath said all my labs were good and to follow up with my doctor. As I asked her for more help she said that was all she could do. My daughter asked her so pretty much we just came to waste our time at which point she nonchalantly answered with a smirk and a shrug "yes" she had no empathy or bedside manner whatsoever. We asked to speak to the charge nurse so I could be seen by someone else she said I'll work on it go wait outside, we just stood there and asked her again at which time she proceeded to call security. This lady should be reprimanded and fired at once. Will update as we will be filing a complaint with hospital risk management. All in all if you go to st. Mary's for treatment you should run the other way if she's going to be...

Extremely condescending and rude Indian nurse or physician. Was not able to get her name, but AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS. She will decline any health requests that you have and will gladly make snarky comments regarding those requests. She’ll minimize any pain you’re going through and will gladly have you out the door with an over the counter pain medication prescription. Your time will be wasted and you’ll leave in a worse condition than how you entered.
AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AND AVOID THE...
