We had Imagine More (IM) fix and update a Control4 home automation system in Estes Park. The original installation and programming (not by IM) never all worked quite right. Original installers/programmers, as well as another company that supposedly services C4, were unresponsive. As in, essentially no service EXCEPT for accepting our payment to renew our 4Sight subscription each year. When we went to IM with our troubles, they assured us that blowing off customers was not their style. Lucky for us, we believed them (-: Brittany and Chad came up to check out our current system and its problems, and they made recommendations on equipment updates, verified that the programming of our system was, indeed, whacked, etc. They were knowledgeable and professional. All the technicians have been great. When Tech Joe was here for the first day of the revamp, he suggested tweaks to "scenes" and "modes" that were really good ideas that hadn't occurred to us. For example, "I could do this cool programming thing to ...". Not an up-sell; rather, just helping us get the most out of our system. It's nice to be working with people who know what they are doing, clearly like what they are doing and follow up with you as you'd hoped they would when...

Making decisions on choosing lighting and window coverings for your home can be intimidating and confusing, but meeting Linda Vasquez at Imagine More - Longmont - made the process a pleasure! Once Linda reviewed the inspiration photos I’d put together, and she visited our home, Linda sent lighting and window covering choices for us to look through. While we were reviewing our options, Linda asked good questions to help us narrow down our choices; keeping us focused on “the look” we wanted to achieve. We are very happy with everything she helped us select!

Not only was Linda delightful to work with while making our choices, she was also very professional in handling all the details for making our purchases and scheduling the installations!

Which leads us to sharing how well the installation of our lighting went. Dana and Dom are expert at their work. They are very professional, and care about the work they do. What great guys!

We also have to brag on John and Jay who did the installation of our blinds! They are efficient and professional, and super nice guys, too!

We originally ordered most of our fixtures in 2017 and ever since ince the fixtures were installed, we have been constantly pleased with the service and advice we have received from everyone at Imagine More. Shea Johnsrud, Holly Robb, Lenard Gale have efficiently assisted us with any minor issues that have come up. More recently, Kayla Grimes was particularly helpful with our current small problem - replacing a broken crystal rod for our fixture over the kitchen island. She researched the replacement part and called me back 10 minutes later to confirm that even tho' the fixture had been discontinued - the crystal I needed was still available from the manufacturer. The crystal was ordered one hour later the same day - July 13 - & mailed directly to us - we received the shipping & tracking information from her and it was delivered yesterday July 24.
