First time trying this place. I had the pistachio latte, and the birthday cake donut. Both were amazing, no complaints with the food experience! The donut definitely had a different taste and texture, which was a nice surprise.

However, I had to write because of a "company policy" I guess. We came in toward the end of the business day. There was a small amount of donuts left when my husband and I got there. We watched the donuts disappear as incoming customers came in (as we were waiting for our drinks to be made). Long story short, a couple came in to get donuts, but there was only one left. They tried to buy the last donut, but they WERE NOT allowed to buy it!!! WHAT?!? I guess company policy says donuts are only allowed the be bought in 3s. It was the END of the day. The barista confirmed it was the LAST donut, and they had nothing else to offer that day. I know it's just a donut, but I felt bad for this couple. They were there for the same reason as us...looking for a mid-afternoon sweet tooth fix. I saw the annoyance on their faces. I'm sure you lost potential future customers just fyi. I personally wouldn't come back to an establishment that turned away my business in a manner like that. I just feel it is a bad business policy. Food for thought, maybe give the last donut of the day for free. Maybe if that was your end of day policy, maybe your end of day business would pick up more. Just annoyed for these poor folks. What business turns away business. A nice couple willing to hand you money for your product but turned...

The Mochi Doughnuts were amazing and fun, the small circular sectional shape made it easy to share and mix and match. My favorites were the classics: Taro, Black Sesame & Matcha (very good matcha icing nice and strong) The drinks were delicious and the stir fry Boba seemed a cut above the rest. Very nice texture and flavor and seemed fresh. They had a special Chizu topping (sweet cream cheese whip) that I hadn't seen anywhere else and some great selection options overall, they also had some coffee options. The kiosks were nice to order at, but some of the menu options for particular items could have been more intuitive, such as needing to order a Chizu topping for a drink on the menu that already specified that topping, but not too bad, overall pretty easy ordering. Service was prompt and polite, if a little busy. The atmosphere was nice and friendly, slightly cutesy, and had some fun selfie walls. A fair amount of seating but not as much as a restaurant, small round tables and chairs, could comfortably seat 2 or 3 at a table, but they have some window benches as well. Ordering the doughnuts can get a little expensive, especially with more people, but it is well worth it for the quality and unique offerings. Would definitely recommend, as a meeting spot or for a casual sweet treat, but would make a nice informal date location as well, or a fun place to bring colleagues. Will visit again from Loveland (worth a drive...

My first time here was extremely disappointing . Saw it from walking by and decided to try it because I love boba. I went in ordered a drink and it was the worst thing I've ever tasted. I told the girl behind the counter that I didint like it at all and politely asked if I could exchange the drink. She said that she wished I would have asked her for a sample before I bought the drink and there was nothing she could do for me. I proceeded to tell her I have never been here before I didint know they offered samples. They just told me to order from the kiosk. Plus any boba place I've ever been to made the drink to order so I assumed it was the same. She told me they have had issues in the past of people asking for exchanges which is normal in a food/ retail establishment when someone doesn't like their food/drink, plus my drink was full. I could not get a refund, could not get an exchange just payed for something I did not like. So I am not happy with the customer service and felt cheated. I will absolutely...

Tiktok @conniesreviews LOVED the mochi donuts at this place. Will definitely be back. Since the location is not street facing I think people don't really know it's there. It's definitely worth the visit. I love Vietnamese coffee and it's hard to find a good version in NoCo. The few are overly sweet and weak. This one was spot on! The young ladies working the counter were super helpful. They greeted me when I walked in and immediately asked if I'd been in before. I said no and they immediately let me know how ordering worked via the kioks and not at the counter. The place was neat and clean. They had 12 flavors so I ordered 1 dozen with 1 of each flavor. I love Taro so that was the one I ate. I greatly appreciate that they have some traditional Japanese flavors that are not common to find in desserts, especially in CO, like the sesame. The donuts were delicious and fresh. Can definitely taste the chewiness of the mochi. The interior decorations are very cute. Good for some pics with your friends. Will be back soon.

I really want to give 5 stars for my review because your staff on 3/30 were so professional, friendly and courteous. These team members are certainly the people you want representing your business, as they built an instant relationship with me and my daughter and I drove back today, 20 minutes just go get another order. I’m adding photos from our wonderful experience on 3/30– your team that day were so sweet and cheery. They left me with a wonderful first impression— so much so that I drove back 20 minutes just to get a drink and a donut a couple days later. On other visits I had issues with the amount of syrup in the brown sugar drink and learned to ask for a bit less than normal to prevent this issue from recurring. It seems the team genuinely cares about customers even when there are mistakes or taste disagreements in the drinks. This place is incredible. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I was so excited when I found out Mochi Dough was coming to Longmont! I tried mochi donuts in California about a year ago and could not get enough of them. They are lighter, chewy, and not at all cakey like regular donuts. The donut rings pull apart into individual round treats and are so delicious!! They are fun as well as tasty! I have tried a bunch of the flavors, and they are all good. My favorite is the Matcha tea one. The tea and coffee drinks are beautifully and individually made by a very nice front counter staff. Everything I've tried has been good and I've visited several times. The automated ordering machines are fun to use and let you pick out exactly what you want in your drink order. They just opened up and I think once they get more signage up, people will really find them. Right now it's kind of a hidden Longmont secret.
