THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! These people set up in a table in the Dream Center in Longview, Texas claiming to be offering a free government phone and plan so my Mom signed up. They took her name and social security number and never got back with her. When she called this office they hung up on her repeatedly as did the other Longview office... even when she said she was going to report them to the police. I went in to ask about my phone line upgrade to see what my options were the girls in the store lied to me and told me I had to get the phone there and that I had no other options but when I look online through the app I'm able to do everything I wanted to in order to upgrade my phone. I see no reason as to why they would just blatantly lie. Everyone can save themselves time and just go on line.
