Wonderful staff, they gave me a great amount of “credit” for the items I brought in and drove over an hour to bring them! Because I live so far they said I could use the credit anytime that they don’t have a max amount of time your credits good for. That being said, I drove 4 weeks later again an hour away to go back and retrieve my credit and come to find out I still had to pay 50% they don’t apply your full credit. Really frustrating when I drove so far and they didn’t disclose that until they got my stuff and came back to use the credit… even on the phone it sounded like I could use the full credit with no mention of 50% super upsetting especially when you’re expecting to use credit and not spend money. I unfortunately couldn’t pay the 50% because I wasn’t prepared to pay… so I waisted gas I didn’t have, to drive to them I also spent over an hour shopping and found the perfect items for my daughter and were in tough times so I was so excited for that credit. Love, Love, love this place. I seriously don't know what I would do with out them and their deals!!! You get to bring in clothes that no long fit your child, or toys they've outgrown or beds or highchairs, strollers, bottles, you name it and get a store credit!!! Well hello!!! Thank you so much! 💓 The ladies know me by first name, even when it's been months since I've been in and you get a discount off your purchases that well you really can't compete with them anywhere. So not only are you looking at a price tag of 2.99, 4.99, 1.99 then you get to apply your credit to your total and if you pay in cash you get another 10% off. Everytime I go there and leave, at checkout when I get my awesome deal I leave there so dang happy cause I feel like I hit the lotto with the Insane discounts I got. I checked this place out for the first time about a year ago due to all the positive reviews on here. This place does not disappoint - I have been shopping here ever since! The staff is very down to earth, the prices are reasonable, and there is a huge selection of items in good used condition (and sometimes even brand new or like new). I have also brought many bags into the trade center over the past several months and have been enjoying the ability to use store credit for up to half of my purchase.
