I purchased 2 dresses for my daughter on 3/14 and my daughter did not want them. I returned today (3/16) and was going to get myself a top that was the same price as the dresses. I didn’t realize their sales final policy. No one told me when I purchased the dresses 2 days ago. If this place has that strict of a policy they should clearly communicate that to all customers at the time of purchase. I wasn’t expecting any money back and was just going to exchange the items. I still had the bag, all tags on the garments, and the receipt. The bottom of the invoice says “all claims and returned goods MUST be accompanied by this bill” but I guess the top of the invoice under the address says sales are final. Which is it?
