Honest! I used to take my watches for batteries and repair at the Seminole mall location until they closed... Great, honest service. I have an ESQ that Sams repaired a couple of years ago that stopped working. I made the mistake of taking the watch to Lake Mary Jewelers for a battery. Lake Mary Jewelers (which is at the front of the plaza) told me that it was not the battery and they would need to have the master watch jeweler take a look. I said the movement was just replaced by Sams a couple of years ago... The guy showed me a battery on a meter and said the old battery is weak but works but fine and I left the watch. Something didn't feel right... I knew Sams had other locations so I looked up and saw Sams was in the same plaza so I called. I spoke with sam and explained and he said bring me the watch because that movement was replaced and should not be giving problems. I went and picked up the watch immediately from Lake Mary Jewlers and brought it to Sam. Sam took a look at the watch and replaced the battery and guess what? The watch started working! Sam is awesome! Very honest... Lake Mary Jewlers tried to scam me. I definitely recommend Sams and will never bring my watches anywhere else ever again! Thanks for...

Use this store with caution I had a diamond ring center piece secured so I wouldn’t lose the diamond left a ring they called me and said it was ready when I got there and I paid her as I paid her. She said to me the manager, the owner said to me the jeweler said be careful when you wear this because it might come out, the prongs aren’t good. I said well why didn’t you tell me that before I paid for it she said I guess it was a miscommunication. I said OK well, I’m here now. How much would it be to fix the prongs? She gave me three different numbers from 175 to 100 and I said and then you’ll take the money. I just paid you to have the Center diamond secured. You’ll take that off the price for the prom because I can’t wear the ring now I paid you for nothing she said no absolutely rude and wouldn’t help me at all. Just use this place with extreme caution. My “nice” watch needed a new battery and I brought it to a store in Longwood, who is known for their inexpensive battery replacement. Usually it takes minutes to replace a battery at this place, but 45 min later, they were still attempting to get the back plate screwed on correctly. They blamed the delay on the tiny screws, needing a smaller screw driver. The plate was not level and I was concerned with water seepage.

I drove directly to Sams, and without me mentioning what happened, they immediately commented the watch was not assembled correctly. It cost more than expected but they also cleaned the band and used a superior battery compared to the other place. I will only bring our watches to Sams from now on. You get what you pay for! The service was professional and they are knowledgeable. There is a reason they have been in Lake Mary...
