I recently referred a friend to this establishment for a Medicinal Chemical Peel. Unfortunately, after he sent me a picture, it became apparent that he did not receive the service he had paid for. The level of service he described to me was not only disappointing but also concerning. It is disheartening to learn that this company may be engaging in unethical practices, such as withholding services that have been paid for. I am deeply troubled by the lack of response from the company to my friend's concerns. As a white woman, I am particularly attuned to the injustices that can occur in situations like this. It is unacceptable for any business to take advantage of their customers in such a manner. I intend to bring attention to this issue on my social media platforms, where I have a loyal following. It is important for others to be aware of the potential risks associated with patronizing this establishment. My friend, who has a larger following than I do, will also be sharing his experience, further amplifying the message that such behavior will not be tolerated. It is essential for businesses to uphold their commitments to their customers and provide the services that have been paid for. Anything less is not only unprofessional but also unethical. I urge this company to rectify the situation and ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and integrity they deserve.

One of the worst spa experiences I’ve ever had. I received a Hydrafacial from Tony today, and it was nothing like any Hydrafacial I’ve had before (and I’ve had many great ones). The suction he used was soo painful—I told him multiple times that it felt like it was bruising my face. He kept saying, no it’s fine. When I looked in the mirror after, I was horrified to see dark purple bruises all over my face.

I now have to cancel an important interview and volunteer work because of how bad I look—this has cost me both time and money. Tony brushed it off, telling me “that’s not even bruising, it’s just the blood in your skin,” which is literally the definition of a bruise.

Also the lights were full brightness the whole time and the music playing kept playing ads. Not relaxing.

To make it worse, I called four times and no one answered. I drove back to the spa (20 min drive) and it was completely empty and the door was locked. This is unacceptable. I expect a full refund and serious accountability....

I recently had an IPL photofacial and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Not only am I thrilled with the results, but also with the exceptional service and the cleanliness of the facility. Compared to other places, this clinic was incredibly organized, with everything spotless and well-maintained. Parking was a breeze, and the staff, especially Tony, went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. Tony was extremely knowledgeable about the machine, gentle with the laser, and thorough in explaining the aftercare instructions. I already feel like my skin is glowing! I’ll definitely be coming back....
