I have never in my life had an experience that resembled that of my time shopping at Kitson. I went into the store last week with my two friends who were visiting me from out of town. I wanted to show them the store as we had intended to buy our friend a gift that I saw the week prior. While standing in front of the item and deciding if we should purchase it or go with something else due to it being fragile and them only having carry ons, we were approached by Fraser Ross (the owner). I referenced the picture I took of the item in our conversation which I used to get their opinion on if it was worth it to make the trip to Kitson. Fraser had no clue at all what we were talking about and out of no where he began screaming at us. He said we were disrespectful and horrible people for taking a picture. I tried to explain that it was so I could come back and he talked over me, saying I was raised horribly. We were genuinely scared so we left the store but were followed out by him. He walked completely out which was in the direction of our car, not only yelling profanity but making a huge scene. We were completely calm and respectful with our response despite his frightening behavior. It went from being a horrible shopping experience to feeling physically threatened. I give people the benefit of the doubt, we all have bad days, but this was absolutely out of line, not to mention my visitors were in complete and utter shock. I will never spend another dollar at Kitson and I hope you do the same. This is my informal request for an apology from Fraser Ross, although I know you would rather throw your hands in the air and throw a fit than put the costumer first. Good luck keeping...
Read moreTHE WORST! I came to the store to buy Christmas gifts for my family, when I got harassed by the manager for touching the objects while looking for the gifts. Suddenly, something fell on the floor, he accused me of pushing the object and yell at me that I should be paying for it front of everybody. I agreed to pay because even I believe it wasn't fair, I did not want to argue with him, but he kept yelling and he insulted me. But the worst is that he attacked me on my physical appearance, saying that my Celine sneakers were fake (which they were not I got them few days ago at the store) and tried to humiliate me as much as he could front of the costumers. I have been living in Beverly Hills for 6 years and I have never been treated this way in any others store in Los Angeles, or anywhere else. This man was extremely mean and so aggressive. PLEASE BE CAREFUL going to this store. I have never experienced something like this and even we can have a bad day sometimes, there is no need to be so aggressive and bully a customer front of others. It is very sad and disappointing coming from a store...
Read moreTerrible experience. I received a bag that looks nothing like the photo — the quality is cheap and disappointing.
They refuse to accept returns or issue a refund, and on top of that, they called me directly to threaten me, saying they would post fake negative reviews on my Instagram just because I told them I would leave an honest review on Google.
Unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Avoid this business at all costs. Scammy and aggressive. I deeply regret not reading the reviews before ordering. The bag I received was a complete joke — cheap, ugly, and absolutely nothing like the photos.
When I complained, they refused to offer a return or refund. Worse, they had the audacity to call me personally and threaten me for wanting to leave a bad review. They even said they'd trash me on Instagram if I spoke out.
This isn’t just bad service — it’s harassment. Stay far away from this...
