Stay far AWAY from this place and Dr. Hoffs especially!

My friend recommended this place and I figured I’ll give it a try. I have been getting Botox for 6 years, I HAVE NEVER HAD RESULTS LIKE THIS!

I got a total of 40 units of Botox. Dr. Hoffs did not mark my face or evenly distribute the Botox. He put Botox around my eye and must have hit a blood vessel. As I noticed it swelling he then tried to massage it out. Mind you I’m in pain at this point.

I asked him to please stop that it was Making it worse. He proceeded to do the small lines above my lips. But instead of doing each line Individually he just injected the area with Botox.

The aftermath: Day 1 - immediately after my eye got worse and worse. I called him, he said he would call a prescription in for the swelling!

Day 2 - my eye was completely swollen shut when I woke up. I called their headquarters and they proceeded to give me another prescription. But said they won’t refund me because I still got other areas treated.

Day 3 - still completely swollen, I repeatedly called for a refund and to discuss my options. They told me they don’t issue refunds but they would give me complimentary Botox again. (Why would I ever want to experience this again?)

Day 4-day 8 (today) - I was told the only way I can get a refund is by seeing him personally. I went to see him and also showed him that my lips were not even. He proceeded to tell me that he would fix it (admitting his wrong doing) and that he’s the best Dr around and knows what he’s doing. I knew this would be the outcome, he would let his ego get in the way of being professional. I told him I’ll get the refund from my credit card company and he said, “go for it!”

This man should never be allowed to touch anyone’s face. He has no remorse for his actions and completely botched my face. I spent $120 on makeup to cover the bruises and I will have to spend more Money getting his errors fixed. I will be calling the better business bureau as this man is a horrible injector and person for that matter....

This was the most horrible experience ive had at a spa. The the lady Paola was extremely rough with my face and injured my right eye twice. I shouldn't have let her finish. She started by cleaning my face with a alcohol swab and squeezed the fuild over my right eye. She got alcohol in my eye! It was stinging and she didn't both wiping it down, I had to ask for a tissue. She's pulling hard at my face and eye area as she evaluated the botox injection sites. She proceeded to apply the botox and hurt my right eye. Too much pressure on the needle. I've never been bruised this badly. With 2 years of botox, this has never happened. Then she misses an application and the botox falls in my ear and she doesn't even say a word. No sorry. No even cleaning the spilled botox, not telling me she won't charge for these units she spilled in my left ear. She noticed my eye instantly bruising and tells me I will bruise then slams the metal roller hard on my right eye. To finish me off she apply arnica and puts a glob of the product in my right eye. Again does not bother to clean it or offer a tissue. I'm having to ask her to give me a tissue she injuried my eye. This was unacceptable service. My eye is still bruising and swollen. I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow.

Not to sound obnoxious I bring many people to this business. I bring someone with me every other time I get services. My girls, They get services worth over 1k each time. My services over 2 years. I'm not sure I'll be recommending anyone here anymore.

The doctor said "he'll take care of me" He only offered 10 free units.

I just need a refund so I can get my eye fixed. I'm leaving for a vacation out of the country and now with a lazy bruised eye. 3 weeks later still brusing and getting darker.

The visit before that I got kybella, no results. No reaction. So swelling.

This place ROCKS! Best IPL, Best Botox, Best fillers-a talented Plastic Surgeon to consult with who is also the owner,REMARKABLY affordable, open on weekends and after work so can get appointments and SUPER FRIENDLY staff and medical staff. I was initially not sure of a "Beverly Hills" outfit as I am allergic to snobs and my last name is not Trump so have a limited budget. But as the daughter of an MD I am particular about REAL science and results and they don't promise you the moon-- just what will be the best outcome for your skin. Relaxed atmosphere, NO UPSELLING, no pressure, just the best place. My friend who brought me here as a reccommend is an estheticiain and she has been everywhere. Do yourself a favor and come to Robertson Blvd. Med Spa! Not all BH places are scary and require you to pull up in a Bentley.
