Store Visit: August 2nd at 3:30 PM, Century City Mall Location
I had a very disappointing experience at the ALO store in Century City on August 2nd around 3:30 PM. I needed help finding the right size for a pair of pants and tried to get assistance from one of the Asian female staff members working that afternoon. She walked right past me twice without acknowledging me at all — despite clearly seeing me trying to get her attention.
At first, I thought maybe she was just busy, which I would’ve understood. But instead of helping customers, she kept laughing, chatting, and walking around the store with her coworkers, as if the store was her personal playground. It felt incredibly unprofessional.
Even worse, when she did look at me, she gave me an unfriendly up-and-down look, making me feel judged and completely unwelcome. As a customer, this kind of behavior is not only rude but also makes me think twice about ever returning.
