Avoid These Shoes - They Literally Fall Apart

I bought these Alo Recovery Shoes expecting decent quality for the price point. After just 4 months of normal wear, the entire sole separated from the shoe - not gradual wear, but complete structural failure where the sole literally fell off.

When I contacted Alo about this obvious manufacturing defect, they refused to stand behind their product or offer any resolution. Apparently "recovery shoes" don't include recovery from their own shoddy construction.

For a brand that markets itself as premium activewear, this level of quality control is embarrassing. The fact that they won't honor what's clearly a defective product makes it even worse. Save your money and buy from a company that actually stands behind what they sell.

Bottom line: Poor construction, worse customer service. There are plenty of better options out there that won't leave you barefoot after...

Always great service from the entire staff at this location, especially from the manager Rebecca. She’s always super helpful and friendly. The store is also very organized, clean and well stocked. They’re quick to check their back stock and are always willing to order anything not available in store for me online to save my thumbs from having to order through the app. As someone who managed a retail store for over 15 years, customer service like this is what gets me coming back weekly!...
