if I can give them zero stars I would!!!I stopped by this bookstore after the Guillermo Kuitca solo exhibition, which by the way was great exhibition. I heard the art book store at Hauser & Wirth had great collection so I went to check it out. I'm a huge fan of Lucian Freud so when I found the his book on top of the shelf, I immediately asked the worker if I can take a look at it. While I was looking through the book, another worker came and LITERALLY TOOK the book I was reading out of my hands and asked if I was going to purchase it. I had my eye on this book collection for a while because it was pricey (~$400) I knew I was going to purchase it but wanted to just take a quick peek before purchasing. I was livid, I mean I did go into the bookstore a little under dressed, but to have an employee discriminate me and belittle me like that was not only embarrassing, but hurtful. I had my mind set to purchase it today, but because of the horrible customer service I decided to purchase it else where.
