April 2023 - Update Someone commented on not getting daily report cards or photos. Somewhat true, but not entirely relevant to the quality of service. I couldn’t say much as it wasn’t until more recently that I was able to use the services here. With that said I do get photos, unexpected times as well, but not everyday, and that is perfectly fine. I don’t need to have a daily photo, and would rather know that the dogs are getting attention rather than having someone just taking photos and not actually interacting with them.
Additionally I’m not even in a position to be checking my phone in some instances. I have received a weekly report card. I have yet to log in online and see what is there. It’s very clear that there are efforts made for everyone to get to know the dogs as they all are recognized from a distance when they are walking in, and the drop off as well as pickup is quick.
—————— Great service, you can tell they care a lot about the dogs as well as the well-being of the employees working there. Annoying that it isn’t open on Sunday, but also does allow everyone working there a day free. Loss of star is because it is extraordinarily difficult to contact this place. I absolutely cannot stand business that avoid talking to their customers and force them through some chat or text. A bit unprofessionally, but more so highly inefficient. To the response: this does make sense given the noise of the dogs in the background. Thank you for clarifying. I guess the issue is that typically the time I have my phone I am unable to text, and it also feels like a wall to communications. Maybe even a have a way to leave a question that is transcribed to your team and they send a text response. That is fine. Other times it’s a matter of spending 10 minutes in back and forth text in what could be 2 minutes call. Sunday thing is understandable, as are shorter weekend hours. Annoying, but I’m all for balanced...
Read moreI found this place on Instagram and loved the way they advertised so I thought I gave this place a try. When I called to make an appointment, the lady who answered the phone was very friendly and had great knowledge about the place to answer all my questions. I was very pleased and made an appointment to bring my baby to this place right away. I was greeted with a huge welcome so I was very excited to try this place. But when I took my baby for a full day, I was VERY disappointed. I was told during orientation that they normally post lots of pictures and videos during the day to let parents know how they are doing and give me a report card at the end of the day explaining how my puppy did throughout the day. But guess what? None of those things happened. There was no post on Instagram that I had to call to ask how my baby is doing since it was her first day. They just said she's doing great but nothing else. I was very worried and wanted to know in details, but there was nothing. Also, there was no report card regarding her day or an explanation of her day as it was mentioned during orientation. It was definitely a false advertisement and I was driving myself insane that I went to pick her up early. One star is for the cleanness of the facility and another star for the friendly lady who answered the call. I would never bring my baby back...
Read moreI did a lot of research before deciding to try out Dogdrop and I'm so happy with my choice! We started bringing our Frenchie Iroh in as soon as he was fully vaccinated to help get him socialized/help get his puppy energy out of him and Dogdrop has done just that! I'll have to admit that sometimes I drop him off for an hour or 2 during the day even when I'm home just so I can have a more tired puppy when I'm trying to relax at night :)
In addition to the great care Iroh has while he's there, the process is super seemless. It is quite literally, a dog drop. We walk in, say "Iroh's here!", and they happily repeat that in their own way to their fellow Droperators and everyone gets excited and they immediately take him back and I'm literally in and out in less than 30 seconds. The pick up can take more time just because Iroh can be a tough one to catch when he's in play mode haha
A few more things to note: I love the flexibility of their pricing packages, and they were very competetive with other doggy daycares in the area, and for the most part were cheaper, but the quality of care is the same if not better! They are also open later than other facilities in the area which is AMAZING since I do oftentimes need to drop him off at night when I'm...
