THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN A LONG TIME COMING !!' I LOVE ME SOME 🐼!!! GREAT FOOD , @ GREAT PRICES. RECENTLY I PLACED A CATERING ORDER TO FEED 125 PEOPLE FOR AN ASIAN INSPIRED EVENT I WAS HOSTING. GRAND TOTAL : $704.30

AND THEY GAVE ME ADDITIONAL FREE SIDES AND DISCOUNTS. HOW COULD YOU GO WRONG WITH THAT? EVENT WAS A SUCCESS. FOOD WAS SO ABUNDANT FOLKS WERE TAKING FOOD HOME WITH THEM. STEFANI IS A ROCK STAR! SHE HELPED ME WITH MY ORDER FROM START TO FINISH. EVEN THRU CHANGES I MADE TO HAVE IT PICKED UP BY A DOOR DASHER AT THE LAST MINUTE STEFANI WAS THERE ON THE PHONE WITH ME. THE AMOUNT OF RELIEF I FELT KNOWING THAT STEFANI WAS MY GO TO PERSON AT THIS LOCATION I CANNOT DESCRIBE THE CALMNESS I FELT. I’m extremely disappointed with this Panda Express location. My online order was supposed to be ready at 8:00 PM and wasn’t even close to being done until 8:30 PM. The wait area was full of frustrated customers, all of whom were dealing with the same issue orders not being ready anywhere near the promised time. What really bothered me was seeing a uniformed police officer waiting patiently for her food, only to have to cancel her order because she had to return to duty. She clearly didn’t have time to wait around, and the fact that the staff didn’t prioritize or quickly prepare her meal is honestly unacceptable. It would’ve taken them a couple minutes to help her out, but instead she left without food. That speaks volumes about how poorly this location is managed. On top of the delay, the portion sizes were incredibly small (as shown in the picture I’ve attached). For the price, I expect better. Sadly, this isn’t even the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. This location seriously needs better organization and customer service, especially...

First of all let me say that all the staff at this location is doing a wonderful job on serving the public during the lunch rush! All you guys are just amazing and outstanding performance, and Panda Express corp you got your self a bunch of great people.

Today, February 3, 2024 me and a co-worker had the orange chicken with white rice and chow mein. It was amazing, hot fresh and the service was top notch. At no time did I had any problems at this place nor did I see any thing that did not look good. I believe that when people are in a bad mood, they go and write bad reviews about this place, very sad...

But I sat right here in the lobby watching people and the way they talk to the staff is just not right. People have more respect for everyone.
