Read moreBest buy was amazing, their service was great, but out front, there is a bike stand where some unsuspecting victim will have their bike taken because of the bolts being cut, thus making the bike stand deceptive and dangerously useless, sadly just another example of a miserable experience of living in Los Angeles. Good news is it'll probably be fixed after the city repairs the large hole in the middle of the sidewalk in Hollywood at Franklin Ave between beachwood and gower on the south side of the street, its easy to spot where i placed a traffic cone to warn people and visitors to the city of los angeles where tripping and falling into a hole along the side walk might not be included in their plans where a whole range of unsuspecting pedestrians soon to be victims including senior citizens, children, dog walkers and their dogs, also bicyclists and those obnoxious scooter users that now share the sidewalk with us fellow pedestrians because of the city's constant and lack of concern and diligence in making most urgent needed repairs. Better news both broken bike stands and dangerous hole in a sidewalk in Hollywood will be finally repaired after the city finally reopens the public swimming pool at the corner of los feliz and Riverside in run down neglected city of los Angeles because the pool has been closed for such a long time during some of the worst heat waves in the history of the city of los Angeles I offer a challenge to the mayor of Los Angeles a swimming race and will give the honorable mayor bass a 2 lap head start and congratulate the mayor upon the outcome of the race and to wake up from a dream of swimming in that long forgotten over looked public swimming pool to a night mare of reality that we are not swimming there but crawling along like 2 snails trying to race in a empty cement filled swimming pool. Important factual sidenote to be fair to our new mayor of los Angeles, the public swimming pool mentioned above, was closed and out of service for many years before the mayors arrival, by the looks of the rust on the rebar of the sidewalk hole God only knows how long that's been there. PS even the dog didn't want to pee on the broken bike stand where I put a zip tie to notify suckers of los Angeles that their precious and valuable possibly only means of transportation that will be stolen and sold for drugs or alcohol or somebody not willing to risk a dangerous fate of riding on public buses and subways of the city of...
Read moreI recently had a very positive experience at this location, specifically by one employees intervention in an online order issue. Melissa handled an issue I had with an order online in a very professional manner, much better than Best Buy's customer support phone operators. An item I ordered online was abruptly canceled without reason and calling Best Buy's customer support was a huge time wasting hassle. Additionally the operator who handled my situation abruptly told me he couldn't do anything to remedy the situation and that my order was cancelled due to the item not being in-stock regardless to the fact that my order status was "successfully ordered and shipping to store" for about four days. However, the said employee at the northridge location provided me with valuable information that justified a logical reason as to why my order could have been canceled and clear instructions on how to proceed if I still wanted to purchase the item with best buy. Melissa went above and beyond and presented herself as extremely professional and genuinely concerned with my issue. For once in a very long time I felt as if I was a valued customer and that my business was important to the organization. If I had to rate each employee's response to my situation then I would have to rate the phone operator 1/10 and...
