Wow. It seems like everyone else got friendly service. Unfortunately, I didn't. It was weird and I felt unwelcome. I came here with my daughter because I love the tanks and button down shirt she has from this local brand. I wanted to try them in person. The button downs were on a high shelf and no one helped us even tho there were 4 people working and only two other customers. It was a pain reaching and looking for the right sizes. After trying shirts on, nobody checked in with us but we noticed staff checking in with other customers. Like why? At the register I asked a question about sizing hoping for some friendly help like "oh, what size were you looking for?" Nada. My daughter was disenchanted and left the shirts she tried on. I bought only one button down shirt which I regret purchasing from a very unfriendly store. If you don't want me in your store, let me know, no hard feelings. I'd really rather spend my money on people who want me as their customer. I'm not picky. I give five star ratings. I hardly write reviews and rarer still that I give one...

Great customer services & helpful associates but the brand does not stand by their product at all. I have worked in the fashion industry for years & understand how hand dyed clothing has variation & can fade. However, when after 1 wash (per the instructions) of the shirt & shorts ONLY the shorts dramatically changed color fading from a vibrant green to a very pale green color. Cannot wear the set together now as the colors are so different. Brought them back within the 14 days per the policy hoping for a new pair of shorts as this one was clearly a major change but was told that there was no exchanges or refunds after a wash. Wish I could recommend this brand as the clothes look great & the associates were super helpful but the brand does not stand by their product & I unfortunately will no longer be supporting them. 1 wash & no longer wearable is just...

I bought some pants during their black Friday sale, I was really excited - finally a chance to buy something from BBP at a more affordable price! But this isn't a happy story, the pants did not fit and it turns out, the store doesn't do returns on sale items (the website did not include a "Final Sale" note as most other online stores do) and only allows exchanges 14 days after delivery. I didn't realize their policies were so restrictive, especially at their price point! Overlooking the ridiculous and seemingly duplicitous return policy, I find it frustrating to only get 14 days to get to their store, and find something new to exchange it for. I would not have purchased from this store if I had known these things. Buyer beware. I will not be buying from this...
