I called yesterday to have one of the girls put something on hold for me to pick up today. I was so excited about these pants, there are one pair left (hopefully). Called today to confirm it was there and the young lady who answered the phone had no idea about it. I told her I'd be happy to stay on the line if she could go check if it was there. She totally forgot about me and after 12 min of waiting I hung up. It's been another 25 min since and I no I've still been forgotten about because the phone has been busy every time I have called, periodically every 4 min. I love the clothes but I wish the service, who are usually very sweet would focus more on good service or at least not forgetting people on the phone. Read moreI just visited the Brandy Melville on Weyburn Avenue with my 13 year-old daughter. This was my first and last time at this store. The customer service was absolutely horrendous. The four young ladies working at the store were dismissive and arrogant. They made no contact with the customers, instead they were on their phones, chatting with each other and eating. They seemed bothered when asked to use the dressing room. The language they used was inappropriate, especially for a 13 year-old child. Very disappointed with this shopping experience!
