We had our company Hanukkah party for Pico Physical Therapy at Splatterz, and it was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was vibrant, and the team at Splatterz made sure every detail was perfect. To top it off, we had Enzo Pizza cater the event, and the combination of great art and delicious food was unbeatable. Everyone had such a fantastic time painting, laughing, and celebrating together.

I don’t even know where to begin with this place. Splatters is hands down the worst painting studio I’ve ever been to. The facility itself is disgusting — dirty floors, messy tables, and paint splatters everywhere (not in a cute way). They are completely unorganized, and it shows from the moment you walk in.

Their selection is laughable. They had very limited ceramic items to paint and an even smaller selection of paint colors. On top of that, all their paintbrushes were old, cracked, and falling apart it honestly felt like they hadn’t bought new supplies in years.

And the absolute worst part? We painted over a month ago, paid a ridiculous amount (they are extremely overpriced), and we still haven’t heard a single word from them. No calls, no updates, nothing. Every time we try to call, it just goes straight to voicemail. We have no idea where our pieces are or if we’ll ever see them again.

This place is a total scam. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Do NOT go to Splatters. Go to Color Me Mine instead, where at least they actually care about the customer experience.

And yes we still haven’t gotten our pieces back yet and they wont answer us nor refund...

had a horrible experience here. we came here and painted two cats. they said they would call within seven days to tell us to pick them up. there was no call for over a week. we went to the store to ask and they said “someone not affiliated with their company” had burnt the cats when they put them in the oven. they did not call to tell us that first, tried to shift the blame onto someone else by claiming their own employee was unaffiliated with them, and tried to scam us out of $75 by not informing us first with a call. once we asked for a refund at the store, the worker there took a screenshot of the venmo transaction to send to her manager and told us that her manager would pay us back. a couple days later, there was still no refund and i called and they said we had to request the refund on venmo itself. i would never come back here again, they tried to scam us not once but twice and horrible...
