The Commons LA Church — Attraction in Los Angeles

This is the first church I really got plugged into since moving away from home for college. I'm now a part of this church on a level that I didn't expect from any church.

I feel like the community at this church are like family. I love that we always have free lunch on Sundays because it lets me hang out with such great people and talk about anything from God to random memes.

I think that it is 100% worth your time!

It's been over 5 years since I wrote my last review and I am deeply grateful for all of the experiences I have had with this church family. The people and rhythms have changed a lot over the years, but I think that is to be expected in a church that is pursuing God in such a transient city. Committing to be a part of this community has been a joy. They draw me deeper into relationship with God and tangibly reflect the love that he has for me.

TCLA is a Christ-centered, biblically-grounded, and Spirit-filled church. It’s a smallish community (~100 people) which really allows us to live like family!

On Sundays, we gather at Upside Down for a weekly gathering and we all share (free!) lunch together as well after. We also have small groups (DGs) and community groups (MCs) throughout the week which allows folks to go deeper and build more meaningful relationships.
