Honestly I wish I could give a ZERO star rating because I mean it when I say you should NEVER step foot into this nail salon. There aren't words that can describe how HORRIBLE my experience was.

As the nail technician was prepping my nails, she cut my cuticles too short all my skin around my nails was burning and bleeding. The gel polish application was completely uneven and thin. The chrome color was completely off I asked for pearly chrome nails and got aluminum foil silver chrome nails.

I was absolutely dissatisfied after the service and three days later MULTIPLE of my nails FELL OFF. Even when all the nails were on there was already lifting after a day and felt like they were going to fall off. To make things even worse, I PAID $140 FOR THE SET. Ridiculously expensive the service was awful overall, the nail artists were rude and honestly wouldn't even call them nail artists because I could've done a better job myself.

I instantly went to a different small business that did an amazing set of acrylic nails for less than half the price that lasted for over a month.

I went to get my acrylic nails removed at Sugar nails to give it another chance. They couldn't even do a proper removal. There were blotches of acrylic still on my nails and I told the nail technician that she had left acrylic on my nails and she just ignored me.

My nails were left brittle and completely damaged. I have friends and family who have also gone and told me it was awful, I should've listened to them. ANYONE WHO SAYS THIS IS A GOOD NAIL SALON IS LYING TO YOU. Horrible services, unprofessional staff, and ridiculously overpriced. Its a solid negative infinity out of five stars. Will never come back. Damaged my nails and fingers Customer service= Very very bad Quality= very bad Price= High I had a terrible experience here. I went in for gel extensions and ended up with damaged nails, pain, and bleeding fingers.

First, the technician removed my regular nail polish using an electric file directly on my natural nails instead of regular polish remover. I could literally see layers of my nails flying off. Then, during the gel extension process, another technician was so rough that three of my fingers bled and hurt for two days afterward (see photos). I was in pain and having trouble washing my hands.

When I returned for gel removal, things got even worse. The technician left gel on my nails and didn’t clean them up properly. On top of that, she cut my finger with the nail tool, and there was blood all over the table. She even panicked herself. My nails looked messy and unfinished right after I walked out.

When I called the salon the next day, they put me on hold twice for over 20 minutes, only to say “sorry.” I also emailed the manager and customer service—no one ever responded.

The staff were also rude and unprofessional. During my visit, two employees asked inappropriate personal questions and acted like they didn’t want to be there.

She is so good she said Ok to a really challenging nail design to do a Cheshire Cat and a Clock for my Alice in Wonderland Madness Photoshoot and these are like by far one of the Best nail designs done!!! No stickers just straight up TALENT!!! Thank you Puje! I so can’t wait to do my Alice in Wonderland Halloween Photoshoot with these. I will leave a pic here!

12/19: Puje did my nail design on gel and it was stunning for this Christmas 🎄❄️!!! She took her time to do an ombré with glitters of various kinds and was super meticulous with her snowflakes ❄️!
