Crenshaw Farmers' Market — Local services in Los Angeles

Even though over the years I've seen this former market go from large to medium market to now it's just a couple of vendors but thank goodness that the vendors that I like they are still there so I give this farmers market five stars because I love the yogurt that I get from the guy that comes sell his fresh yogurt I love the pumpkin oh so awesome the pumpkin the lemon the coconut the mango is awesome and then you have the guy that sells the tamales they are delicious and of course the produce I got this cabbage it was so juicy inside and it was the best cabbage that I have eaten in a while I didn't add any meat to it just vegetables peppers onion garlic and some spices it was delicious and I made some sweet potato cornbread with the sweet potatoes thank you Crenshaw farmers market for staying consistent and staying in our neighborhood continue to bring out our favorite foods and vegetables I want you guys to know that you rock and thanks for your contribution to our community I don't live in LA but when I come to visit you guys is on my number one stop each Saturday every Saturday that I'm there in...

I've been a customer for years but today made a decision I won't ever be back to this specific location. The customer service I received today was not really great. I feel like one lady jipped me for a bag or oranges and lemons. 15 bucks for some oranges and lemons. On top of that it looked like she took an extra 2 or 3 bucks of my marketmatch coupons. She is the stand in the front across from information stand. Anyway, I just walked away. I guess she was that desperate for it or she thought I was dumb.. Some of the vendors are kind of rude. I'd have to say with market match coupons and ebt, I didn't get very much. Can't say anything bad about the Mediterranean stand, that guy is always nice. Besides that, it's Not worth it anymore. I walked away sad about it. Just didn't feel to good after leaving. The quality of service went way down hill. Also, I did notice some vendors being extra nice to a particular race and treating other minorities different. They should really have them take a class on customer service as a requirement to sell with...

This is a small farmers market with a lot of BIG hearted owners. i love this farmers market and i have been to many. they ALL greet you as you walk by and smile A+. they have samples, but do to COVID the way the samples are given, you know they care about your health. the samples are given on request and not out in the open like some other farmer markets. they play a great selection of music and its not overly loud. i go here at least twice a month and enjoy each time i go.
